While I was praying in the Spirit tonight, I had a profound sense of being on hallowed ground, being humbled, honored and in awe of the presence of the Holy Spirit. That is when He told me: “Everywhere you step, every second, of every minute, of every day is hallowed ground – for I am within you always.”

This is true for every believer. What we carry within us cannot, and does not want to be contained. Holy Spirit wants out so He can touch everyone we encounter with the love of Christ. This can only happen when our relationship with the Holy Trinity moves from the head to the heart. It’s time to let go of cold intellectualism – knowing every verse of the Bible in one’s head means nothing if it doesn’t flow down into our hearts. Ask God to chisel away at any hardness around your heart and let Him in. That’s when true, lasting transformation takes place.
